Due to the bespoke nature of our products please note that the production process can take up 3-4 weeks before dispatch however we can usually send most items sooner. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Service for all UK orders. You will need to be available to receive your item/s as a signature is required. We will contact you via email with the tracking details of your order once it has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched it should be with you next working day.

We offer complimentary shipping for all UK orders. For the rest of the world shipping will be calculated at check out.

Our EU deliveries are now subject to further taxes and duties which are payable by the customer.

Non EU deliveries may also be subject to additional taxes and duties.

Any applicable taxes and duties on deliveries must be settled by the customer. Please check with your local custom and duties office for more information.
